Frequently Asked Questions:

What is HIIT?

HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. To put it simply, it’s a method of exercise where you’re working at a high intensity and putting in maximum effort mixed with bouts of rest. You can read more of the science and benefits behind it here.

What is your background with fitness?

I am a certified personal trainer (through NASM), CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and experienced HIIT coach. I have been an athlete my whole life, a runner since I was 11 years old, and an avid CrossFitter since 2014, so I like to program a lot of variety in my workouts!

Do I need any equipment for HIIT at Home?

Nope! HIIT at Home is totally equipment-free.

Is HIIT at Home all HIIT workouts?

No, it’s a combination of HIIT and LISS workouts. LISS stands for Low-Intensity Steady State. HIIT at Home uses both methods to train your body in different modalities.
