HIIT at Home is great for all fitness levels. These workouts can be done anywhere, no equipment needed, and are about 30 minutes each. This program entails:

  • One month of programmed, no equipment necessary workouts
  • 3 HIIT workouts per week (all different, each time-based and applicable to all levels of fitness)
  • 2 LISS + Core workouts per week
  • 2 Rest days per week
  • Fit tips and motivation throughout the program
  • Access to video explanations and demos

HIIT at Home 2 follows a similar format to HIIT at Home, but with all-new workouts! Perfect for someone who loved HIIT at Home but is looking to keep going.

HIIT the Gym is great for advanced athletes looking for a challenging workout. There’s a lot of variety, so you won’t get bored, but you’ll need access to a lot of different equipment. This program entails:

  • One month of programmed workouts
  • 3 HIIT workouts per week (all different, using a variety of fitness equipment)
  • 3 Strength workouts per week
  • 1 Rest day per week
  • Access to video explanations and demos

Virtual Personal Training is ideal for someone with specific goals, who is looking for a customized program. This option is great if you need flexibility in your routine! Each payment will include:

  • One 30-60 minute introductory Skype/FaceTime call to evaluate goals, habits + movement patterns
  • One month of individualized workout programming (# of workouts per week varies based on individual commitment + needs)
  • Weekly Skype/Facetime meetings to discuss progress and evaluate movement patterns(1x/week)
  • Unlimited communication via text for questions, motivation and more
