Get Strong At Home


This month-long program focuses on building muscle using 3 workouts per week: upper body, total body, and lower body. Get strong at home (or anywhere)–no equipment required! You’ll get a downloadable PDF with video explanations and demonstrations, including modifications for beginners or more advanced athletes.


Looking to build a strong, lean body? Sweat With Stodds Get Strong At Home program will progress you through a series of bodyweight exercises meant to boost your metabolism and build strength. These workouts can be done anywhere–no equipment required! In 3 workouts/week, we’ll focus on time under tension to elicit the muscle-building response in your body. This program includes video demonstrations with modifications to increase or decrease difficulty, so all levels of fitness will benefit!
