30 days of equipment-free workouts:

  • Programmed, no equipment necessary workouts
  • 3 HIIT workouts per week (all different, each time-based and applicable to all levels of fitness)
  • 2 LISS (low intensity steady state) + Core workouts per week
  • 2 Rest days per week
  • Fit tips and motivation throughout the program

As a certified personal trainer, experienced HIIT coach, and fitness enthusiast, it has been my dream to make fitness accessible and affordable. This program is constantly varied. It’s structured to be challenging enough to elicit change but manageable enough that you’ll stick to it.
