Strength with Stodds is ongoing – you can continue progressing through this program for as long as you want. You can also quit at any time, but once you pay for the upcoming month there are no refunds.
This program is ideal for someone who has already achieved workout consistency and has a basic knowledge of proper movement patterns. If you are an outright beginner or on-again off-again when it comes to working out, I recommend my virtual personal training option.
