This 4 day/week upper/lower body split program delivers evidence-based workouts designed to shape your body and take your metabolism to the next level. I’ve taken my years of personal training and coaching experience and put it into a program so you get the benefits of personal training without the high hourly rate of 1:1 coaching. This style of training has worked for countless clients, and it can work for you, too.
This program is ideal for someone who has been exercising consistently works out 3+ days/week. All you need access to is dumbbells of varying weights. For $30/month, you’ll get access to 4 workouts/week that follow structured progressions to get you to your goals.
Strong with Stodds is ongoing – you can continue progressing through this program for as long as you want. You can also quit at any time, but once you pay for the upcoming month there are no refunds.
This program is ideal for someone who has already achieved workout consistency and has a basic knowledge of proper movement patterns. If you are an outright beginner or on-again off-again when it comes to working out, I recommend my virtual personal training option or starting on Strength with Stodds.
