About Sweat with Stodds Founder, Christine Cerniglia
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer (through NASM) and CrossFit coach dedicated to delivering high-energy, results-driven workouts. I’ve coached HIIT, bootcamp, and F45 classes in addition to one-on-one training.
I live and breathe what I do. I have been an athlete my whole life and love to help others fall in love with moving their bodies and using fitness to become their best selves.
I believe in living a full life. The gym and healthy food are not the only things that bring me joy. I believe that health and fitness are meant to free you, not cage and consume you, when used effectively.
I offer virtual options for fitness and nutrition, using evidence-based that have helped countless clients get to their goals.
