Reach Your Goals With Christine Cerniglia, Fitness and Nutrition Coach

Meet your new coach, Christine "Stodds" Cerniglia

Christine started working in the fitness industry in 2017, coaching HIIT classes while pursuing her personal trainer certification through NASM. Since then, she has taught group fitness in several gyms, coached CrossFit, worked with 1:1 clients, and expanded into nutrition coaching.

Her passion lies in helping people ditch diets, build muscle, and eat to feel their best. As a mom of two, Christine is particularly passionate about serving women at all stages of their fitness journey, including pregnant and postpartum women.

In addition to 1:1 coaching, Christine has used her experience to develop programs that can be followed along at home. No matter where you are in your journey or what level of support you're looking for, there's an option to help you reach your health and fitness goals.



Programs vary from 3-5 workouts/week, and most only require access to dumbbells at a variety of weights. Follow along with video demonstrations in an easy-to-use app that's free to download. Participants have been seeing results for years: what are you waiting for?

Full disclosure I won a free month of Christine's The Long Game workout program. I appreciated the thoughtful lifting routines and tutorial videos. After a month, I feel stronger and have noticed an improvement when rock climbing. I'm now able to power through moves I wouldn't have been able to get past previously. It's always great to see an improvement outside of the workouts you're doing! I highly recommend this program, and while I haven't tried any of her other programs, I'm sure they are well thought out and excellent!
