Meet your new coach, Christine "Stodds" Cerniglia
Christine started working in the fitness industry in 2017, coaching HIIT classes while pursuing her personal trainer certification through NASM. Since then, she has taught group fitness in several gyms, coached CrossFit, worked with 1:1 clients, and expanded into nutrition coaching.
Her passion lies in helping people ditch diets, build muscle, and eat to feel their best. As a mom of two, Christine is particularly passionate about serving women at all stages of their fitness journey, including pregnant and postpartum women.
In addition to 1:1 coaching, Christine has used her experience to develop programs that can be followed along at home. No matter where you are in your journey or what level of support you're looking for, there's an option to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
